Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional with 3-5 years of experience and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our team in Chandigarh. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of our internal systems and processes within the textile and apparel manufacturing domain. You will contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance strategies, focusing on identifying and resolving issues to maintain high standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications and systems used in textile production and supply chain management.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with development teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
- Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, providing clear and concise reports to the development team for resolution.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide insights into product quality and potential areas for improvement.
- Participate in the review of requirements, design documents, and other project artifacts to ensure quality is built into the product from the outset.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to the textile and apparel sector.
