Quality Engineer - NBFC Sector (2-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality Engineer with 2-4 years of experience and a background in Large Language Models (LLM) to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our financial products and services, leveraging your understanding of LLM technologies to enhance our testing strategies. This role requires a strong foundation in quality assurance principles combined with specialized knowledge in AI and natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our NBFC platforms and applications, with a specific focus on AI-driven features and LLM integrations.
- Conduct thorough testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing, to identify and report defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand new features and functionalities, providing early feedback on testability and potential quality issues.
- Utilize your LLM expertise to design and implement AI-based testing methodologies, including data validation, model performance evaluation, and bias detection in NLP models.
- Analyze test results, generate detailed defect reports, and track issues to resolution.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLMs, and quality assurance best practices.
