Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Area Sales Manager (B2B) with a B.Sc degree to join our growing team in Nasik. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales within the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing distribution channels, and expanding our market presence in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
Identify and acquire new B2B customers within the assigned territory.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing B2B clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding dues.
Maintain product knowledge and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
