Quality Head (Full-Time) | Nagpur

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Head to oversee and enhance the quality assurance processes for our educational content and delivery in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and a passion for improving educational outcomes. This role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and an M.Sc. degree.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for educational content and services.
• Establish and maintain quality standards, metrics, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of content accuracy, pedagogical effectiveness, and delivery mechanisms.
• Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts, and academic teams to ensure adherence to quality guidelines.
• Analyze quality data and provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.
• Manage and mentor a team of quality analysts, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality management and edtech.
