Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Engineer / Operator to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of radio communication systems crucial for our agricultural operations, including pesticide spraying drones and other remote-controlled equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of radio frequency principles and practical experience in troubleshooting and repair.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain radio communication systems and equipment for agricultural applications.
- Operate radio equipment to control and monitor drones and other automated machinery.
- Perform regular diagnostic checks and preventative maintenance on all radio systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues related to radio communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant radio frequency regulations and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the engineering and operations teams to integrate radio systems with existing infrastructure.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment performance, maintenance activities, and incident reports.
- Provide technical support and training to field staff on radio equipment usage.
