Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Associate to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc degree who is passionate about building strong customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction within the insurance domain. You will be instrumental in supporting our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned clients, understanding their insurance needs and objectives.
- Proactively engage with clients to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of our insurance solutions.
- Monitor client health and satisfaction, identifying and addressing potential issues or concerns.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and best practices for utilizing our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Claims) to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Gather client feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development and execution of customer success strategies.
