Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sous Chef with 3-4 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our dynamic Investment Banking / Venture Capital / Private Equity team in Bangalore. The Sous Chef will play a crucial role in supporting deal execution, portfolio management, and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities across various sectors.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling for potential and existing investments.
Support portfolio companies with strategic planning, operational improvements, and financial oversight.
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for investment committee meetings.
Monitor industry trends and identify new investment themes and opportunities.
Collaborate with senior team members on due diligence processes and transaction structuring.
