Refinery Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Refinery Manager with an M.Pharma background to oversee and optimize our pharmaceutical refinery operations in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess 5-5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of chemical processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the pharmaceutical refinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

Oversee the procurement, handling, and processing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.

Ensure strict adherence to all relevant Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA, WHO), and safety protocols.

Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product purity, efficacy, and safety.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of refinery technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and other departments to support new product development and process optimization.

Prepare and manage operational budgets, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
