We are seeking a motivated and skilled Wireless Network Engineer with 1-2 years of experience and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic IT team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our wireless network infrastructure across our properties, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a strong understanding of wireless technologies and protocols, coupled with hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage robust wireless network solutions (Wi-Fi, WLAN) across multiple hotel locations.
• Configure and maintain wireless access points, controllers, and related network hardware.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and optimal user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve wireless network issues, providing timely support to end-users and IT staff.
• Implement and enforce network security policies, including authentication, encryption, and access control.
• Conduct site surveys and capacity planning for new wireless deployments and upgrades.
• Stay updated with the latest wireless technologies and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wireless solutions with other IT systems.
