Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior in the B2C petrochemical and plastic products segment, leveraging legal insights.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that comply with all relevant consumer protection laws, environmental regulations, and advertising standards in India.
- Draft and review sales contracts, terms and conditions, and customer agreements, ensuring legal soundness and clarity.
- Advise the sales team on legal implications of pricing, promotions, and product claims.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve disputes, applying legal principles to achieve fair and efficient outcomes.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance departments to stay updated on regulatory changes affecting B2C sales.
- Contribute to product development and marketing initiatives by providing a legal perspective on consumer acceptance and compliance.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market analysis, and legal compliance for management.
