Security Consultant

Role Summary:
HUL is seeking an experienced Security Consultant to join our team in Mangalore. This role is crucial for assessing, designing, and implementing comprehensive security strategies across our diverse operations. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Com background and 3-6 years of experience to analyze financial and operational risks, ensuring the protection of company assets, data, and personnel. You will work closely with various departments to identify vulnerabilities and develop effective security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and security audits of physical and digital infrastructure.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial implications of security breaches and recommend cost-effective mitigation strategies.
- Advise on security measures for supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution networks.
- Investigate security incidents and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT, HR, and Operations teams to ensure integrated security solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats and technologies relevant to the FMCG and building material sectors.
- Develop training programs for employees on security awareness and best practices.
- Manage relationships with external security vendors and service providers.
