We are looking for a motivated and technically adept Service Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our advanced telecommunication systems within corporate client environments. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of complex systems, possibly gained through an LLM (Law, Labour, and Management) background, to interpret technical documentation, manage service level agreements, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunication equipment and services for corporate clients.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network connectivity, voice, and data services.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to corporate customers.
• Document all service activities, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Proactively monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
