Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and creative individual with a B.Des degree and 4-6 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role will focus on developing and implementing impactful social and public service initiatives aligned with Havells' corporate social responsibility (CSR) goals. You will leverage your design thinking and execution skills to create engaging and effective programs that benefit communities and enhance public perception.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative social and public service projects that address community needs and align with CSR objectives.
- Conduct user research and needs assessments to inform program design and ensure community relevance.
- Create compelling visual communication materials (infographics, presentations, reports, digital content) to promote initiatives and their impact.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, R&D, HR) and external partners (NGOs, government bodies) to ensure successful project implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Measure and report on the impact and effectiveness of social service programs.
- Stay abreast of current social trends, public service best practices, and design innovations relevant to CSR.
