Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sonographer with a Doctorate/PhD to join our advanced research and development team in Guwahati. This role will involve leveraging cutting-edge imaging techniques to analyze and characterize semiconductor materials and microstructures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics, materials science, or a related field, with a proven ability to apply sonographic principles to complex scientific challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced sonographic protocols for the non-destructive analysis of semiconductor wafers, components, and integrated circuits.
- Operate and maintain high-resolution ultrasonic imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and data acquisition.
- Analyze and interpret complex sonographic data to identify material defects, structural anomalies, and process-induced variations.
- Collaborate with materials scientists, physicists, and engineers to define imaging requirements and troubleshoot issues.
- Contribute to the development of novel imaging techniques and methodologies for semiconductor characterization.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and publications documenting research findings.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and laboratory protocols.
- Mentor junior researchers and technicians on sonographic techniques and data analysis.
