Visual Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Visual Designer with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in creating compelling visual designs for digital products and platforms. You will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Your M.Tech background will be invaluable in understanding the underlying technology and contributing to design strategies that align with technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and front-end developers to understand user needs and technical constraints.
- Define and maintain visual design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry.
- Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, effectively articulating design decisions.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of product design, leveraging your M.Tech knowledge to inform technical feasibility and innovative solutions.
- Ensure designs are optimized for accessibility and performance.
