Back Office Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Back Office Executive with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Surat operations. This role is crucial for supporting our insurance business functions through advanced data analysis, research, and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will leverage their academic expertise to contribute to process optimization, risk assessment, and informed decision-making within the back-office operations of a leading insurance MNC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on insurance market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain complex datasets for operational reporting, performance monitoring, and risk management.
- Design and implement analytical models to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization within back-office functions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in all operational processes.
- Support the development and implementation of new back-office systems and technologies.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis to assess operational risks and propose mitigation strategies.
