Barista

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our Mumbai facility. This role is ideal for a candidate with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and 6 years of experience in a similar capacity. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and other beverages, ensuring high standards of quality, customer service, and hygiene within our corporate environment. You will contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and other specialty coffees, adhering to established recipes and quality standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, equipment, and service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and report any shortages to the management.
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other related machinery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer queries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Uphold the company's standards of presentation and service.
- Assist with occasional catering or event support as needed.
