Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with an MBA/PGDM to join our team as a Busser. This unique role leverages your business acumen to optimize operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives within our packaging and containers division. You will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement process improvements for material handling, inventory management, and logistics within the packaging unit.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and product development strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of business reports, presentations, and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and R&D, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on operational performance.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute to the development of long-term business objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
