Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Butler to manage and oversee the premium hospitality services for our esteemed clientele traveling on select luxury train services operating out of Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, bringing a unique perspective on service design and guest experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring an unparalleled level of comfort, luxury, and personalized service for our passengers, embodying the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Design and implement bespoke service protocols tailored to the discerning needs of luxury train passengers, leveraging your M.Des background for innovative guest experiences.

 - Oversee the daily operations of onboard hospitality, including dining, housekeeping, and personal guest services, ensuring seamless execution.

 - Manage and train a team of service staff, fostering a culture of excellence and attention to detail.

 - Proactively anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and solutions.

 - Collaborate with culinary teams to curate exceptional dining experiences, considering presentation and dietary requirements.

 - Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the passenger compartments and common areas.

 - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with utmost professionalism and discretion.

 - Ensure adherence to all safety and hygiene regulations.

 - Contribute to the continuous improvement of service offerings through feedback analysis and design thinking principles.
