Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Change Manager with 1-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our Defence & Aerospace division in Pune. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving and managing organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and systems within a complex aerospace environment. This role requires a strong understanding of change management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a highly regulated industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support key projects and organizational transformations.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed changes.
- Design and deliver effective communication plans to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding and buy-in.
- Develop and facilitate training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with project teams, functional leaders, and HR to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organization.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and address resistance to change proactively.
- Document change management processes and best practices.
