Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Concierge with 3-5 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Nagpur. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional support services to our employees and visitors, ensuring smooth operations within the facility, and acting as a central point of contact for various administrative and logistical needs. This role requires a blend of technical aptitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate employee and visitor access, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including mail, packages, and phone calls, with efficiency and professionalism.
- Assist with travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itinerary planning for staff and guests.
- Coordinate internal and external meeting setups, including room reservations, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Maintain and update employee and visitor records using company databases and systems.
- Provide information and assistance regarding company facilities, services, and local amenities.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to facility management and employee comfort.
- Support the IT department with basic troubleshooting and user support for common software and hardware issues, leveraging your MCA background.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and special requests.
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and amenities, coordinating replenishment as needed.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and a high standard of service delivery.
