Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager with 0-2 years of experience to join our team in Guwahati. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who have completed their 12th grade and are eager to learn and grow within the dynamic pulp and paper industry. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value they receive from our products and services, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Onboard new customers, guiding them through our product offerings and services.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Address customer inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Gather customer feedback and relay it to the internal teams for product improvement.
- Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts, developing strategies for retention.
- Assist in resolving technical or operational issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in our CRM system.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
