We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dialer Manager with 2-3 years of experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) to join our team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial in optimizing our outbound communication strategies within the beauty and personal care sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their design thinking and analytical skills to enhance customer engagement and campaign efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage outbound dialer campaigns to support sales, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
