Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth daily operations and supporting our team in the fast-paced furniture and furnishing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
- Schedule appointments, manage meeting room bookings, and coordinate visitor logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking, leveraging B.Com knowledge.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Handle basic office supplies management and procurement.
