Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Finance Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will possess an M.Tech degree and a strong understanding of financial management principles, budgeting, and reporting within the non-profit sector. You will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by ensuring robust financial operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and monitor budget vs. actual performance.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards applicable in India.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and internal controls.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
