Guest Service Associate (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric Guest Service Associate with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all visitors and employees within our managed facilities, while also contributing to the operational efficiency of our facility management services. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional service and assistance.
- Manage reception operations, including greeting visitors, managing access control, and directing inquiries.
- Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring all AV equipment and amenities are in place.
- Assist in the smooth execution of facility services, liaising with technical and cleaning teams to address any operational issues promptly.
- Utilize your M.Tech background to understand and assist with the technical aspects of facility management, such as basic troubleshooting of building systems or interpreting technical reports.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to visitor logs, service requests, and facility incidents.
- Support the Facility Manager in day-to-day operations and special projects.
