Role Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Healthcare & Life Sciences professional with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree to join our team in Mumbai. This role involves leveraging legal expertise within the context of our animation and VFX projects, potentially focusing on intellectual property, compliance, or contractual aspects related to healthcare-themed content. You will work closely with our creative and production teams to ensure legal requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to healthcare-themed animation and VFX projects.
- Provide legal guidance and support on intellectual property rights, copyrights, and licensing.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct legal research on topics pertaining to healthcare, life sciences, and media production.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal risks.
- Draft and review legal correspondence and documentation.
- Support the legal department in day-to-day operations and special projects.
- Stay updated on evolving legal landscapes in the healthcare and entertainment industries.
