This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage guest interactions with professionalism and grace. A B.Des background will be leveraged to enhance the overall ambiance and guest journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees warmly and professionally.
- Manage visitor registration, issue passes, and direct guests to the appropriate personnel or areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing reception and waiting area, utilizing design principles to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide information about the company, its facilities, and services to visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and direct them appropriately.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth visitor flow and meeting arrangements.
- Assist with event setup and guest management during company events or meetings.
- Address visitor inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Contribute design-oriented ideas to improve the reception area and overall visitor experience.
