HVAC Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all HVAC systems within our state-of-the-art facilities in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree, and a proven track record in managing HVAC operations, ensuring optimal performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills to support our growing operations in the Beauty & Personal Care industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all HVAC equipment, including chillers, air handling units, ventilation systems, and controls.
- Oversee the installation of new HVAC systems and equipment, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex HVAC system issues, implementing effective repair strategies to minimize downtime.
- Monitor energy consumption of HVAC systems and identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Ensure all HVAC operations comply with relevant safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards in India.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for HVAC equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments, including facilities management and engineering, to ensure integrated building operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair logs, and system performance data.
- Stay updated with the latest HVAC technologies and best practices relevant to industrial and commercial facilities.
