We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Delivery - Other professional to join our team in Pune. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our urban mobility services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance of mobility services and identify any operational issues.
Provide first-level support for service-related inquiries and technical issues.
Assist in the implementation and rollout of new service features or operational changes.
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to resolve complex issues.
Generate reports on service performance, incidents, and customer feedback.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency.
