We are looking for a proactive and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be instrumental in nurturing customer relationships, driving repeat business, and ensuring customer satisfaction through voice and blended communication channels. This position is ideal for a professional with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Com background.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with existing customers via phone and other communication channels to understand their needs and address concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer insights.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in products and services.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align retention strategies with overall business goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Achieve customer retention targets and contribute to revenue growth.
