We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success, Service & Operations Specialist. This role is ideal for a Bachelor of Arts graduate with 2-4 years of experience who is passionate about fostering positive relationships and ensuring smooth operational workflows within the cultural and arts sector. You will be instrumental in supporting our artists, patrons, and stakeholders, ensuring their experience with the Academy is seamless and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, visitors, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing timely support.
Manage and coordinate operational aspects of exhibitions, workshops, and events, ensuring smooth execution.
Assist in the onboarding process for new members and participants, providing necessary information and guidance.
Maintain accurate records and databases related to memberships, events, and artist portfolios.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in services and operations.
Support the planning and execution of outreach programs and community engagement initiatives.
About Lalit Kala Academy
The Lalit Kala Akademi, or the National Academy of Arts, is India's national academy of fine arts. It was founded in 1954 by the Government of India to promote and propagate the Indian arts, including all branches of fine arts. The Akademi holds exhibitions, provides scholarships and fellowships, and supports art publications and research. It plays a crucial role in preserving and promoting India's rich artistic heritage.
