Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and technically adept Customer Service professional with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Vadodara. This role is crucial for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our corporate clients within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Tech/B.E. background to understand complex product offerings and provide efficient, accurate support. You will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and policy servicing, contributing to strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a first point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing queries related to insurance policies, claims, and services.

Utilize technical knowledge gained from B.Tech/B.E. to explain policy terms, conditions, and coverage details to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments while maintaining ownership until resolution.

Process policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and in a timely fashion.

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.

Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Assist in generating reports on customer service metrics and feedback.
