Role Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented B.Com graduates with 0-2 years of experience to join our team as Voice / Blended - Other professionals. This role involves handling a variety of communication tasks, including customer support, data processing, and operational assistance within the public administration and financial services sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via voice and blended channels (email, chat) with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process and verify financial transactions and data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the resolution of customer complaints and operational issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, especially concerning data privacy and security.
- Support in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management.
