Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Journalism professional with a strong understanding of technology and data, evidenced by a BCA degree, to join our corporate communications team in Gurgaon. This role will involve crafting compelling narratives around our textile and apparel business, translating complex technical information into accessible content, and supporting our internal and external communication strategies. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's story and ensuring clear, engaging communication across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and write engaging content for press releases, company blogs, website copy, social media, and internal newsletters, with a focus on the textile and apparel industry.
- Translate technical information about fabric innovations, manufacturing processes, and sustainability initiatives into clear and concise language for diverse audiences.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to inform content creation.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and R&D teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
- Assist in managing the company's online presence and digital content strategy.
- Support the creation of multimedia content, including scripts for videos and podcasts.
- Ensure all communications align with the company's brand voice and messaging guidelines.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, style, and factual accuracy.
- Leverage analytical skills gained from a BCA to interpret content performance data and suggest improvements.
