Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for managing and growing relationships with our most valuable clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, leveraging your M.Pharma background to understand their needs and drive business growth. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and acting as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, and align our services to meet those requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for all client queries, issues, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Drive revenue growth within existing key accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback to senior management.
- Utilize your M.Pharma knowledge to provide insights and solutions relevant to the pharmaceutical landscape.
