Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leisure / Casino Manager to oversee and enhance the recreational and entertainment facilities for our employees and their families at our Ludhiana operations. This role is crucial in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high-quality leisure experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management and operational efficiency, leveraging their B.Com background to manage budgets, vendor relations, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for leisure and entertainment activities, including casino operations, sports facilities, and social events.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all leisure facilities, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control for all leisure and casino-related activities, utilizing B.Com principles for effective financial management.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and entertainment providers.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive engagement with leisure facilities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements for casino operations.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve offerings.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
