Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Line Leader/Supervisor with a B.Pharma degree to oversee operations within our pharmaceutical services division. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership, process management, and quality control skills. This position is crucial for ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to regulatory standards, and the overall productivity of the assigned operational line.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide a team of personnel involved in pharmaceutical production or related processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Monitor daily operations to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct regular quality checks and inspections of products and processes, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
- Train new team members on SOPs, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods for the assigned line, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Maintain accurate production records, including batch records, yield reports, and quality control data.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to optimizing operational efficiency.
