MEP Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MEP Supervisor with a B.Sc. degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Nasik. The MEP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems within our food processing facility. This role requires a strong understanding of MEP principles and a commitment to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our plant infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of MEP technicians and contractors.
- Ensure all MEP installations and modifications comply with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, water supply, drainage, fire fighting) to identify potential issues and preventive maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related problems in a timely manner.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability for maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist in the planning and execution of MEP projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure MEP systems support operational requirements.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
