Partner / Director

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner / Director to lead and expand our IT services business in Bhubaneshwar. This role is crucial for driving strategic growth, fostering client relationships, and building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will leverage their business acumen and industry knowledge to identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful delivery of complex IT projects. This position is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience looking to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets in the Indian market, with a focus on Bhubaneshwar.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and proposing innovative IT solutions.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Drive sales efforts, from lead generation to closing deals, and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company, including market entry strategies and service offerings.
- Manage P&L for the assigned business unit or region.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and build long-term, trusted client partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with client expectations.
