Plant Performance Engineer

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Plant Performance Engineer with a B.Pharma background and 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing plant operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring the consistent performance of our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyze plant operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, yield, and resource utilization.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance plant performance, reduce waste, and optimize energy consumption.

Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Conduct root cause analysis for performance deviations and implement preventive measures.

Participate in process validation and qualification activities.

Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Prepare performance reports and present findings to management.
