Role Summary:
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist with a B.Sc degree and 3-5 years of experience to manage our front desk operations at our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing a welcoming and efficient experience for visitors, clients, and employees. This role requires excellent communication, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meeting rooms.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with general office management tasks.
- Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information.
- Maintain visitor logs and security protocols.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
