Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Manager with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and 2-5 years of experience to join our team at HDFC Bank in Lucknow. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing reservation systems, ensuring seamless operations and efficient resource allocation within our financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the reservation system, including booking, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize reservation processes, minimize downtime, and improve customer experience.
- Analyze reservation data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the reservation software and hardware.
- Train and supervise junior staff involved in reservation management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements related to data management and service delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the reservation system promptly.
- Generate regular reports on reservation performance, occupancy rates, and customer feedback for senior management.
