Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support & Operations professional to join our dynamic team in Vijayawada. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales operations and providing essential support to the sales force. The ideal candidate will leverage their BBA/BBM education and 5 years of experience to streamline processes, manage data, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales department within a leading FMCG MNC.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the sales team, including managing sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other critical operational data with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement or potential challenges.
- Manage and reconcile sales-related expenses and reimbursements.
- Support the implementation of new sales strategies and operational procedures.
- Act as a point of contact for sales-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
