Seeking Quality Assurance - Other (2-3 Yrs) for a Startup

Role Summary: We are looking for a meticulous and analytical Quality Assurance - Other professional with 2-3 years of experience and an MBA/PGDM to join our growing startup team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and overall quality of our content deliverables, aligning with client expectations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough quality checks on various content formats, including articles, website copy, marketing materials, and technical documentation.

Verify content for grammatical accuracy, spelling errors, punctuation, and adherence to style guides.

Ensure factual accuracy and consistency of information presented in the content.

Collaborate with content creators, editors, and project managers to understand project requirements and quality standards.

Identify and report defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in the content creation process.

Develop and maintain quality assurance checklists and guidelines.

Provide constructive feedback to the content team to enhance overall quality.

Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure content meets client specifications.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the quality assurance function.
