We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (B2B) with 3-5 years of experience to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing key business relationships within their assigned zone. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the consumer electronics and appliances sector. You will leverage your BBA/BBM education and practical experience to develop and execute sales strategies that align with our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets and revenue goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure performance.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships within the assigned zone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure effective product distribution and availability across the zone.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
