Tour Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Tour Manager to coordinate and lead field visits and agricultural tours for our stakeholders, including farmers, dealers, and potential clients, within the Nagpur region. This role is crucial for showcasing our innovative agricultural practices and products. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in event coordination, logistics, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of the agricultural sector in India. A graduation degree is not mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute agricultural tours and site visits, ensuring smooth logistics from start to finish.
- Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and catering for tour participants.
- Develop tour itineraries and schedules, ensuring they align with business objectives and participant needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for tour participants, addressing queries and providing necessary information.
- Liaise with internal teams (agronomists, sales, marketing) to ensure relevant product and technical information is shared during tours.
- Manage on-site operations during tours, ensuring safety protocols are followed and the experience is positive and informative.
- Prepare post-tour reports, including feedback collection and analysis.
- Maintain relationships with local vendors and service providers.
- Assist in the development of tour materials and presentations.
- Manage tour budgets effectively and ensure all expenses are within allocated limits.
