Bidding / Auction / Proposal (M.Com Required) - Chennai

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bidding / Auction / Proposal Specialist. This role is ideal for a recent M.Com graduate with 0-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and contribute to our business development efforts in the competitive content development and language services sector. You will be involved in identifying opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and supporting the bidding process to secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and evaluating potential bidding opportunities and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) relevant to our services.

Support the preparation of high-quality proposals, including gathering necessary information, drafting content, and ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform bidding strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, and delivery) to gather inputs for proposals.

Maintain a database of past bids, proposals, and relevant documentation.

Assist in tracking bid submissions and follow-up activities.

Learn and apply best practices in proposal development and bid management.
