Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Imaging & Diagnostics team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and accurate reporting within our diagnostic services, supporting patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a strong understanding of diagnostic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operations of the imaging and diagnostics department.
Handle patient registration, scheduling, and initial data entry for diagnostic tests.
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of diagnostic equipment under supervision.
Support senior technicians and radiologists in preparing for and conducting diagnostic procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of information.
Assist in quality control checks and reporting of diagnostic results.
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
