We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Radio Officer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic IT services team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and be responsible for managing and monitoring radio communication systems, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting critical communication infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of communication protocols and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage radio communication systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on radio equipment and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant radio frequency regulations and licensing requirements.
• Analyze communication logs and system performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment, maintenance activities, and communication logs.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of new radio communication solutions.
